Adding main menu background

Hi,
I need your help in adding the background to the main menu. Please visit the site by clicking here http://192.185.154.195/~global/ and see the attached image to know how I would like for the background to look. The color for the background I have used is #8ea66a.
I would greatly appreciate it should you be so kind to provide the CSS code for the said change.

in general we do not help in customizations, because this is not issue support any more.
So I can give you only simple CSS tips, start from this:
