pop up carts

Hi I`ve got a big problem with pop up carts - their open not as "pop up" but as self page.
If I good understand Cyberek`s opinion it`s not a problem with WAF configuration- like here:

I`ve got a problem with:
- modification modules like "Menu Accordeon CK"
- creatte new modules types "NSP5"

it`s instead saving - jump to the list of all modules, without saving and lock the module
I contact with my hosting but thay said that it`s not hosting problem.

The first problem I solved - it was a problem with modals plugin; I uninstall it - maybe it will be helpfull information for someine.
But unfortunatelly it dosen`t solved the second problem.
