Category list view with add to cart option

Hi, I found this post from 2012. But this mods aren't working due to Joomla 2.5.24 and VM2.6.6

So I copied the "Add to cart" code (line 304 to 430) from gk_storebox/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php into gk_storebox/html/com_virtuemart/category/default.php. But this has no effect.

How can I change the category list view with "details" button to a category list view with "add to cart" option?

By default VM don't offer add to cart in this view and probably due to changes in cart implementation it will be not so easy to add it there. If you want to modify core VirtueMart views you need to contact with VM support because VirtueMart as a 3rd party extension is beyond our support.
