Shipping loop

Hi

I am having issues with the shipping on the shopping cart, when a user clicks 'Select Shipment' and diverts to a page to choose a shipping option, they press save to choose that option and then go back to the checkout page, when you then click to 'CHECK OUT NOW' it goes back to the select shipping page and just goes round in loops, so at the moment no one can actually place an order because of this.

Can you advise what I can do to resolve this issue please.

Could you check whether the same happen on Beez template? Do you use latest VirtueMart and updated template?

I cannot test on the Beez template as it is on a live website, I have not updated to the recent update as it crashed the shop when I updated it so had to restore from a backup, it has been working fine though

It looks like your VM version is not compatible with current template version. My advise is to create copy of existing website and update VirtueMart and template.
