Want to remove line between just about Contact Form

I just posted about removing the lines within a table. Likewise, I would like to remove the <HR> looking line just above the "Contact Form" heading.

Can anyone tell me what I should enter into my override.css in order to remove the line? Do I need to change it somewhere else?
