Can not edit VM shop

my template is storebox. it have a problem when edit shop tab.
I can not edit it and show " JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID: 934 "
Please help. thanks.

Please check if switching to default Beeze template helps.
If not, please ask the question on VM forum.

change to beeze template, the issue still there.
