Hi

At this site, bit.ly/1hkH1YY if i enable the virtuemart add to cart pop up, it doesnt happen anything...i click but it doesn´t do anything.
To keep the store running i have to have it disabled, but its really annoying 'cus if the costumer wants to add more thing from the same categorie, it has returns to the begining..

What could seems to be the problem here?

Thanks

I've just visited your site and the pop-up is working for me fine » screenshot You mean the cart icon on the right side of the template which moves with the scroll?

Hi. No.
I'm talking of the "add to cart" button in the product page.
Right now its disabled, or else i dont receive orders, but if i enabled it, if i click on the button, nothing happens...

Which VirtueMart version do you use? Probably 2.0.26d and your template is older than 3.11 where this version was not supported. Please try to update VirtueMart and our template firstly. When this not help please check the same with Beez template.

So you should update your template to 3.11 version which supports latest VM 2.0.16d release.

Hi.
I´ve just made a backup of the site and installed it on a localhost to update the template, but first i enabled the "show pop-up when add to the basket", and it works in localhost?!

What can it be? The PHP?

Note: i didnt update the template. it´s the same of the live site.

Thanks

And you have exactly the same plugin/extensions etc.? The only reason may be some JS problem but if you have the same copy on localhost it is really strange.
