Social Media Links not working

Hi,

When I post a link to an article on our website into Facebook or twitter etc... The thumbnail Image that is generated is the GK Demo - and the article is a demo article that no exists on our website.

I want it to show the article image and obviously the intro text to the article - or even the product in our store - not the GK Demo Image and text.

I have looked at everything that I know and I cannot find what is causing it.

I am using SH404 component, but that works well for my other Joomla websites - so I don't think that is causing the problem.

Your help would be appreciated.

Which page do You mean exactly ? If it's a homepage than check what type of the menu item frontpage is. It's possible that it's a featured articles type and the demo content is used.

first use:
http://developers.facebook.com/tools/lint/

and type name of your site. make sure the errors facebook gives you, are being solved...

what i use is the plugin:

install, configure, and try again.
