Joomla Quickstart - Not Installing

Hi

I have purchased StoreBox with basic membership. I downloaded the zip, extracted the full site QuickStart installation, uploaded to the server via FTP.

When i run the Joomla Installation, it keeps going through some glitch. I tried 3 times and even re-downloaded it and comes up with the same. And i tried a different browser.

As you can see from the attached, the install goes to step 1, step 2 and then step 3. While creating tables it then throws me to step 2. I am not sure why as the server is fine, the database is fine as i checked using myphp admin.

Can someone help me please. A template which i cannot install is not really useful to me and as you can understand i am a bit frustrated and disappointed it has not worked

Found a solution

If you edit the SQL install file (Root/installation/SQL/mysql/joomla.sql) in something like notepad++ and replace all "ENGINE=InnoDB" with "ENGINE=MyIsam" the DB type is more responsive to the Joomla install conditions and thus installs.

I'm afraid MyIsam type may not work correctly during search in joomla. Also optimizing tables with joomla admin tools will not be possible.
