I posted my issue at this forum 2 days ago, but nobody help me. I openned a ticket. They said we can not help you because of I am not a developer user. But at the ticket area, there are different option for VIP and normal user. What is wrong with you guys. Will you help me or no?

Why is so hard to reach you?
