Loading Speed?

Good day,

I am attempting to learn about load speed time and make changes where I can to improve this. So far I have been using the following tool: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

It seems a BIG culprit is this file:
cache/gk/8f9392e3fe08683fdce9c08b56857080.js.php

The suggestion on how to handle it is as follows:

Any suggestions, comments, concerns?

Hi

File cache/gk/8f9392e3fe08683fdce9c08b56857080.js.php is a cache of javascript fils used on site. I'm not sure if it can be optimised more. Only if You will decide to delete some of the scripts (disabling modules/extensions).
