Spanish language plugin not allowed to receive the purchase

Hi
I've been fighting with virtuemart several days because I can't receive the confirmation email of purchase.
I have been on many forums and forum virtuemart.com thinking it's a component configuration problem, but I've finally begun to disable plugins (always the plugins!), and when I disabled Spanish language plugin, I could receive the email confirmation in the mail, from the buyer and from the seller in his mail. Strangely I've never had problems with contact mail form, which is the same that I have configured in virtuemart store.
Before there were problems with Spanish language plugin that Pawell kindly helped me to overcome, but now the plugin is interfering again.
I need Spanish language plugin, but I also need the buyer and seller receive the confirmation email. What can I do?

Mmm, in a virtuemart forum told me it was a problem with the template, and so I think that is really, because the language plugin works fine on other sites.
Anyway I changed the plugin from joomla.org to joomlaspanish.com, but with the same result.
Do you have any idea that language plugin has problems with other components? Or do you know where I can see the error?
I do not know what to do!

Hi

This can be easily check if template is involved in this issue. Please change template to a default one and see if problem exists. Language packages are only replacing files with words to translate, so if english is working fine than it's not a spanish package for sure. It's most likely something missing in VM translation, since VM creates separate database tables for other languages. Try reinstall VM, tables will be recreated if are missing.

You're right, I changed the template and the problem remains, I do not receive the emails.
Although it is not problem of template, you could tell me a bit, if I can reinstall virtuemart above the current version of virtuemart? How can I reinstall? please tell me. Thanks!!
