Custom Fields Storebox not visible

I have the same problem as it is written on this forum.

Please show me the page where custom fields dshould be visible but are not. Try a different positions for custom fields as well.

I'm working on localhost. I installed an extra plugin for downloading a pdf, I have changed different positions (normal, ontop, onbot) but still I do not see custom fields on front end.
