Hi there on your demo: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/storebox/

Shops and Trends.

Can you make these Virtumart Items? It currently links to K2 items, which I don't really need.

Hi

In both cases it's NSP module, but first one is a VM style "product gallery" next one is "news block" which unfortunately was made to its name and is showing news only, so you cannot make it show VM with this style. Anyway even if you will use a different style than it will not resolve problem to show a vm category description, because module is not implemented to do that.

I don't understand. How are you defining style? You use the word "VM Style product gallery" and "cannot make it show VM with this style".

If I use a different style it will not resolve the problem because the module is not implemented to do that. But there are options for Virtumart product and category? What do they do?

Hi

NSP in it's default mode is supporting all options, but there are some special styles. Designed and created for a specific cases only. This specific styles got a specific look and in some cases animations or functionality, but are not supporting all of the options.

You made a Virtumart compatible template, and used your own software but stopped it from being Virtumart compatible? That's a tad frustrating. Is there a way I can change this to bring back the functionality but lose whatever style has been added?

Hi

No it's not like that. NSP is supporting VM, but there are styles like "NewsBlocks", which were created in purpose to display news only. This is just a style. You can say styles are to be used on special ocasions and not all supports all sources, that's all. You an still use NSP, just need to select a style which was prepared for right source or a "normal style" which supports all of them.
