NEW TAB CREATE FOR VIRTUE MART IN MODULE !

I wish someone direct me to a plugin, module or component for virtue mart to create new tabs without me having to go to the php code of virtue mart. I want something simple, convenient and fast for those who do not mess with php.

I need to create the following tabs.

Features, specifications, acessories, downloads

I want someone also tell me how i draw option REVIEWS ...
Since in my case I am using the site only to the product catalog.

Facilitate. Our desire is to work as design design and not lose hours creating the code. But we love the way they can do this.

There are couple of tabs plugins, but all to show a custom content You can insert in VM product description. If You want to have tabs made from elements of a VM functionality, than recodding VM layout files is required. You may be able to find a template which provides most of the tabs You want, but I do not think it would be all at the same time.

So I believe best way is to make it and than re-use only by putting an override to /html/com_virtuemart of other templates.

Not sure if the above solution would apply to my problem as well, but my template for "Shop&Buy" Did come with tabs at first...(see link > http://www.gavick.com/demo/wordpress/sh ... al-eyewear )...But then somewhere along the line of inserting new code to fix another problem I had which is fixed now, The new code somehow took away my tabs in the process and I'd like to get it back if I may to what I had originally. I've just tried but it's not so simple. You are not using template file anymore, but a default file from VM which has no tabs. Simply copying code for tabs is not working with a default one (some conflict). I'm afraid this would require to crate tabs from scratch. What was the problem which forced You to replace this file with default one ?

Mmmmm....the problem If I remember correctly I think had something to do with a VM issue with either the prices not displaying correctly or recommend this product not working right either. I forget exactly. I just remember it was a problem that actually you had told me couldn't be solved here because it was more of a VM issue, and after I went to VM, I replaced some code which I copied from VM forum that somewhat fixed the problem, but I had also lost my tabs in the process and couldn't find the code to get it back. Wish I could remember which file and what code it was. It was quite a while back to remember now.

But I didn't replace default file knowingly. I never knew that i had. I'm surprised to hear that actually. So How do I revert back to template file which i thought I been using? I guess thats the new question now.

Been doing some digging on the VM forum since you said my defaults are set to VM templates which I still don't understand how or why yet actually, but I found a solution there. Here is a link (see link below) in case anyone else with same issue is interested. I tried it and it worked perfect. It involves inserting some code in ("/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php") and into your override.css.

Ok. Great to hear it. I do not remember the orginal problem, but I suspect it has something to do with a tax which is a hit for a couple last weeks. I have helped to fixed it couple of times since You have this problem, so we may also try to use template file back and than apply the fix, but I may be wrong and if this is working for You maybe there is no need to look into in further. It's Your decision.
