Payment and shipping methods are not shown

Hey there,
I have been struggling my self to find a way to show the shipping method and the payment method.
I`ve already settled the shipping and payment methods but they are not shown on the screen.
What can I do to fix it? Please help me.

Still the same.
Seems that the VM is not recognizing any method of shipping and payment.
Do you have any clue what can be?

Someone solved my problem on the VM forum, but I got a question.
How can I block the users just to choose his shipping method after he does the registration or sign in?
Now the shipping method is shown but I need to know what is the address.
Does someone can help me?
