It seems that You have added some 3rd party plugin that blocks adding to cart of products that don't have color selected, so it also blocks adding products from NSP.

is this conflict unsolvable? what's NSP? why is it working when users are not logged in? thanks

This is not bumping! Any suggestion on my case? Is it solvable?

New plugins i installed are

Ok, I'm not VM specialist, so I did just quick research. Ill ask someone who is more advanced to check on that issue.

Ok, one more tip before someone will check the code - Could You temporary disable all additional plugins/modules (also the one that gives variants for single product)?

i dasabled the two components i added and still add to cart not working.

i'm pretty sure the button was working before i installed those two components...

Is there a chance You could leave those modules disabled and replay, or provide me admin login data?
If so please send me a PM with:
1. URL to your website
2. login and password of user with admin/super-admin privileges (please create one for me)

i kind of solved disabling the pop-up, following this:

now i've lost the pop up which make users choose between going to check out or continue shopping, so users that add to cart are directed straight to check out.

i would be able to re-activate the pop up: anybody know how?

Ok, so to be on the same page - to have clean VM and Joomla on your site, I need to reenable
Components -> VirtueMart -> Configuration -> Checkout -> Display modal popup upon ‘Add to cart’
and disable:
vm custom filters
joomshare bar?

yes:

to completely disable "vm custom filters":
unpublish menu item: "Filtra prodotti"-->"Filtra per categoria"
then
disable "cf Filtering" type module

to completely disable "joomshare bar":
disable the plugin: "System - JoomShareBar Pro - Ultimate Social Sharing"

Ok, what we did in last few minutes:

unpublished menu item: "Filtra prodotti"-->"Filtra per categoria"
unpublished module: "cf Filtering"
unpublished plugin: "System - JoomShareBar Pro - Ultimate Social Sharing"
enabled popup cart in VM checkout settings
changed template to Beeze.

The problem is, even with Beeze template add to cart doesn't work, and that suggest us one thing - problem doesn't lie in our template itself.
I can only suggest to check for any configuration changes made to oryginal installation, perhaps there is some issue in user settings?
Beside that, we cant help much further.

Ps - Messages works in strange way - they will go out of your outbox when someone will read them, so You can see the "read" status this way.

i should try disable the facebook authentication plugin and see what happen.

i can't loose facebook authentication, i'm happy with that even if add to cart pop up doesn't work.

i've no chance to try what i say above right now, i can do it later.

Facebook login should have nothing to do with the topic, but You could check that to be 100% sure.
