Hi,

I didnt get answer on my last post so I decided to write it again.

The problem is: when joomla cache is on, breadcrumps do not shows my categories on blog. When it is off, the breadcrumps in categories are working good.

You can visit my site and check my blog. www.climbe.pl Now, cache is off and breadcrumps are working.
Do You have any idea what is wrong? Your demo site working good, but dont know is there cache on or off.

Hi

Do not know why but Your last thread was not listed in moderator tool. I've replied there by accident while checking Your last posts, so please leave it and keep the conversation here to not to duplicate threads. I'll repeat here.

Which cache You have in mind ? Module, template or joomla. Can you send me an access to joomla panel so I'll see myself ?

Hi

Sorry but I do not see a message from You in my PM or mail box.

Please try using the second option for cache, if its progressive than try conservative, etc..

And please try send it to me one more time.

Hi

Yes I've found both messages You've send me an access but in both cases I cannot log into the site. Also in both cases the access is different, so maybe You've made a mistake while sending.

Hi

Should be fine now. All I did was to purge an expired cache. After this breadcrumbs are visible with cache ON and OFF.

Hi,

the problems is when cache is on. Actually, cache is off because I want breadcrumps visible. Maybe the best way for you is login to my website with data i sent you few days ago, switch on cache in tamplate and then go to blog for example: http://www.climbe.pl/index.php/blog/ite ... miare.html or other article on my blog. When cache is on you can see that breadcrumps are not vissible. The last path is blog and breadcrumps didnt show deeper paths.

But first, dont forget switch on the cache. Problem is only when cache is on. Now cache is off.

Thanks and regards

Hi

No, no. What I meant was that I've enabled cache and was looking for a page without breadcrumbs but could not find it. Please take a look at the screen. Cache is Enabled and I still can see breadcrumbs even if clicking to any article in blog. I'm simply not abe to reproduce the error, so I'm not sure what the problem can be :(

aaa.ok, now I understand. Please, login to my website with data I sent you earlier and navigate between articles in different categories nad watch please breadcrumps. For example, when cache is enabled I see only this picture (file named: enabled cache).

When cache is off I see this picture (file named: disabled cache)

Check please attached files.

I hope now is clear what problem is in my site :)

Hi

I can see it now. Basicaly title of article is cut of. I've checked and the same problem is happening with a default joomla template so its a joomla related. Anyway disabling caching in breadcrumbs module looks to be working. Please check, but I think it should be ok now.

Hi

Finally :) I must say the solution was easy, but since it's the first time module cache is causing causing a problem it really wasn't easy to find it out :) I'm glad it's working.
