i uploaded my site on the server.
i did enable php gd library on the server.
locally i have the news show pro module on the frontpage for k2 items working ok, with animation and everything, but online, as you can check going to http://www.darteshop.com, the module doesn't work properly:
the link don't point to k2 item view saying:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/marlowe/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 67

you can download the file mentioned here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4395035/route.php

Hi

This may mean that Your server doesn't have this function installed. Please tell me the PHP versions You have and update it to 5.3.X if needed.

I've found a thread on the K2 forum about that. It may help: http://getk2.org/community/New-to-K2-As ... on-line-46

Hi

Yes. PHP version is, but there is no information about mb_internal_encoding() function and the error You've paste clearly indicates that this function is not present. You may try to edit the file mentioned in the error message and comment it out by placing // at the beginning of the line. It should work if You do not have some special characters in links.
