appear on frontend when home page is going to show:

Developer: Caution! In order to use Cookie Consent, you need to use jQuery 1.4.4 or higher.

Hi,

Did you enabled option "Always use latest version" in the cookie law settings? I'm asking because older versions recognized jQuery 1.10 as 1.1 :)

The text can be translated in the template language file - there is a special section connected with the cookie law plugin.
