How could I apply the overlay menu ( as shop & buy template) on mobile devices? Thank you.

Its quite hard work to do - You would need to copy styling from s&b menu items (they are loaded from small.desktop.css, tablet.css, small.tablet.css and mobile.css) to storebox files (same ones).
Sadly it is a customization beyound our support.
You could try to find a frontend freenlancer to do this job.
