Ask a question popup not work

Hi ask a question popup not work. When i click on Ask a question this open in a new page and not work and not in the popup

How can i solve?

Hi i'm not using latest version. I have version 3.8 how it's possible to upgrade the version without loose the modified file?

OK, i have updated to storebox 3.9.2 but nothing same thing ask question open in new page and not popup.

Solutions?

Are you using some code optimizing/cache plugins? If yes, please try disable it and then check the popup.

I've solved the problem. I have disabled Fancybox in virtuemart configuration, and now all work normally. Maybe there's another problem with virtuemart registration but i open another post.
