ecommerce error with italian site translation

Hi,
in the Storebox template, if I install the italian language file and I active it only in the site, the site no longer displays products in eCommerce and modules in which they appear, such as the module called SHOPS & TRENDS on the homepage header position. (if i active the italian language on the administration the error does not occur)

I have updated joomla, virtuemart and nsp5 to latest version but the error remains both before and after the update. I have also installed the italian version of virtuemart.

How can i do? i need the site in italian language

i try to install also another language and the error always occour
