removing article title pushes sidebar down

when i disable the article title withing the article setting, global settings or in the menu settings it pushes the sidebar position down below the main body.

When i leave the article title on the sidebar position goes to the normal position.

The only css file i have modified is the overide.css and it looks like this:

I am not sure how to fix this problem. I am on a testing server that is local. i can post whatever is required.
I am using Gavern v.3.9.1, storbox v.3.9.1 and Joomla 2.5.11

The best way would be if You could public this site somwhere live. Then I can check whats wrong.
