Visible Modules on Responsive and Image Responsive

Hi,

I have 2 questions!!

1.- Can i disabled modules on responsive tablet, phone view but i can see it on my desktop.

2.- When i used bottom1 or bottom2 module position for an image i see the same height and width on my tablet or in my pc when i change size, i mean the image doesnt resize with mi windows size.

ad 2) What kind of module you're using - Custom HTML ?

So you can add

style="max-width: 100%;" to your image code, add delete height="xx" and width="xx" from <img code.
