how to update templates?

when i check the backend of the site and checked the site. it has new updates. But how to do that.

I am using quick start. So if i download the template and update it gives me an error saying Installer package not found..

Can you please help.

Hi

If You have a quickstart installed than for update You need only template package. Simply download it and install using joomla installer.
