Hi,
I'm having a strage and intermittent problem.
If I use the dynamic resizing with a value for height and width the thumbnails vary in size on the category view.
So I have been just placing a value of 200px for the height and leaving width empty which has worked fine for lots of products, now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
The Thumb url when successful seems the same as an unsuccessful one - here is an example.
Site url:
http://198.1.77.148/~inamecom/

It seems to write or have a filename - but it doesn't when it is unsuccessful. It seems strange because so many have gone on fine.

Any help or hints would be great.
Many thanks
Darren.

Very sorry - that image ref I posted had been removed by a colleague.
Here is a product on where the thumbnail didn't create successfully for category view:

http://198.1.77.148/~inamecom/index.php ... ter-detail

Here is a screen grab showing that it appears to have created a file for the thumb - but it doesn't exist.

Hi

Looks like this is related to VM, but please check couple of things.

- if /images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/ folder's permissions are set to 755 (try with 777 for a while)

- check if You have latest GD Lib installed on Your server

- check if You have not run out of disc space

- try rise memory limit to 128Mb
