Can i setup at product gallery, if i click on bottom image, this should be opened in "big image box" and not in lightbox:

This is more VM issue that template. How look "big image box" ? What is the difference between this box and modal window ?

I mean "big image box" as box for this big image, other images are smaller, my customer would to have this so with image load and not modal window...

This demand changes VirtueMart view, it is not template issue. If you want to make changes in product view you need to look at html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php file.
