change module position end some problems :-)

Hi I'm doing the website of my gym, http://www.fightimprove.com/ACADEMY/ and I should lower the position of the slideshow below the menu to make everything better visible, but I can not find the settings of the CSS.

The position of the slideshow should be like that of the site https://www.gavick.com/.

I also have 3 other questions:

1 how do I place 2 or more modules on the same area? see the site
http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/rockwall/ - the part on the NEWS AND FEATURES.

2. I can not understand why the link of THUMBINALS NSP GK5 are blacks instead of orange ...

3. I would like to create a new module type "LATEST NEWS" (top right - Image + Text) http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/publisher/ the site, but I can not find the right combination.
