Hi,
"hallo" is not a good Subject for forum post, please don't do it again.

1) IMAGE in BLOG, we use K2 for this blog section , so use image [tab] in K2 component. Watch movies on youtube how K2 works.

2) IMAGE in HEADER - this images are from module Image Show GK4 you will find him in Module Manager

3) Clothing are from VirtueMart component
