Ask question dont show in pop up

Hi in the product details page the ask question link does not show in pop up.It redirects in an other page.The same is happening with the manufacturer.
The js files are not loaded.
What could i do to fix that?

This is still related to jQuery not loading properly or in proper order. Make sure jQuery is the first script in head.php file so it loads first then rest of the scripts loads so when they are looking for jQuery it is there.

Hi,i have it first. The js files
vmsite.js
facebox.js
vmprices.js
jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js

are not in the template, they are in the vm component, should i put them in the js folder of the template?

I have received your information. Initial test shows it is also not loading or using fancybox for some reason. I need to go out for few hours and I ll check back once I get back. For the time being can you please create a new user with stronger password and send that to me for joomla admin for security reasons as current username and password is not secure.
