Virtuemart "View" overlaw not centered!

Hello, The view overlay in category virtuemart is not centered, why?

Can you please upload few product images then I ll post the solution. Currently it is centered but due to default image being small default image floats to left given the impression overlay is not centered.

Thank you NormaUK for the quick reply. My category images:
I think I'm using the virtuemart settings wrong. At what size should the images be for the overlay "View" to fit the center of the image?
And my thumbnails size are:
width:300px
height:224px
are they ok?
In photoshop I set this width and height for the image then I upload to virtuemart and see what happens:
