Good'm creating a website to sell books. I want to create custom fields with data that do not affect the price, publisher, number of pages, author ...
The problem is that if there is an attribute of carriage does not see the custom field, believed to be a configuration issue, but if you change the template to the template that comes by default virtuemart, if you see the attributes.
Also a test of the demo template that I have installed on localhost and not work.
What happens?
Deputy deos images, the second in popularity template com_virtuemart / html /.

Hi

Can You please tell me a link to an example product with custom fields. I cannot find one.

Anyway I've found a comment in VM file "TODO: customfields", so it may not be implemented at all ;/

Hi

I've just closed a very common issue. Looks like it's a VM configuration after all. Custom fields can be assign to a shopper group, which means that will be visible only if user watching it is in the same group as this fields are made for. Problem is when user is not assigned to any group. In such case custom fields are not using a default settings, but treating such user as he is from none of the groups. Please check if it's the case and if I'm right please look at VM forum. That's where they helped me to solve this problem.
