How to change the currency symbole ?

Into the configuration , i disabled all the currency exept the Canadien Dollars...but we always see the "euro" currency symbole on the front end shop

And at the top , i have that error "Info: COM_VIRTUEMART_ASSIGN_VM_TO_MENU"
