Site not displaying

So I am pretty familiar with Joomla and I am using Gavick templates. I have been trying to figure this out for over a day and I am running WAY behind schedule.

Here are the sites, I have set up over 17 sub domains thus far.

I am using the Store Box template.

es.pubcoplus.com - Joomla 2.5
elmcore.pubcoplus.com - Joomla 3.1

I can log into the admin panel, and everything is fine, but I cannot view the site. I am not doing ANYTHING other than copying images from the ftp to my desktop. The homepage does not display. I can get to the admin panel and everything seems fine there, then the homepage when I refresh after a little while does not display. If I take the site offline, I can get the message, but when I log in, nothing!

When I click on view source, I get the following:

Please help me out.

Please check if your server supports PHP GD Library.

News Show PRO and Image Show modules uses this function to create thumbnails, if this function is not enabled errors are causing your site to not to render.

Alternatively you can disable thumbnail generation or disable all above mentioned modules.

I will look, I have the NEWS template on the server and it seems to be fine. Is this different than that template?

If your modules are functioning on news template then it should also work with storebox, this means cause of the error is different.

For test try disabling modules and see what the result is and then we can investigate further.

Thank you this worked! I contacted my hosting company and they compiled the GD Library and within 30 mins it worked.

Thanks again, I have never had this much trouble getting a site up. Maybe for templates that use new mods put that in the description in RED letting people know there are additional modifications to be made for the server.

It is already in module settings > Configuration Check but I ll let the developers to see whether we can add an more proper warning if GD is disabled.
