contact pages and translation files

Hi I have 2 questions. as I can translate the language files to the Spanish example. read more, author, category, etc ...
The other question is how can I customize the contact page.

or it will be easier to use a plugin like Loco Translate.

Regarding the contact page - Please check Simplicity -> Template Options -> Pages, here you can change destination email address and enable/disable recaptcha. Other modifications are unfortunately beyond our technical support.

actually I require more complex modifications in this case to give it another maquetacion contact page is possible?

in that particular folder and name these files should go.
