Issue with image "We turn ideas into our work" post

Hi, the image part of this post should I believe fly in or appear. I can't get it to work any longer. Text adapted but issue getting image appearing...

Item can be closed; I managed to get it to work. You just add an high res image to the post itself at the very end. Then it just flies in.
