Theme Branding Page not updating

The links to my logo in the uploader are for the old location- I need to edit the image URL, which deems Ok then when I hit save, the process keeps cycling (circle waiting) and never updates.

Is there a html page I can edit and save the links to the image?

UH -OH, I think the Theme may need to have the URL's updated- none of the parameters are saving at all- likely trying to save to the old site locations.. can I set this in the back end?

Any help much appreciated.

I ended up rebuilding the entire site.. careful using duplicator or xclone..
