These additional details are defined in the attributes section in the product editor:

Ok, but if you want to have "Additional Information" tab you have to add some attributes into your product, because when product doesn't have some attributes, this tab is not displayed.

Ok, I think I understand, but in this case you should ask WooCommerce support for help, this kind of modifications require probably override template files and it's not connected directly with our theme - we only provide visual layer for WooCommerce plugin.
