Homepage Signup

Im looking to use this as a email form not a signup form. I just want it to send my email address a blank email from the entered email address.

Please Advise.

This form from Simplicity is only demo example - visual layer, you have to build your own contact form or newsletter etc. and you can use this input/button styles.

You can also use some 3rd party plugins.

we use simplicity template and try to set up the email sign up plug in on our site www.hi-wai.com

The goal is having the same email sign up look as it is provided in the simplicity template.
But we could not replace it and now we have two different sign up modul on the site.

Could you give us some advice? How we can put together two two?

I've already answered you, additionally you should remove form with input and sumbit button from your text widget (header widget area) and please don't duplicate your posts (requests). We'll answer to all your questions, so there's no need to duplicate them.
