Tweet Count not working

Hi!

I just noticed and realized that the tweet button in blog post and pages of my site is working but it's not showing the number that how many tweets we have got.

Any idea how to fix it?

Twitter button is implemented with use of Twitter tools. The number it display is generated by Twitter API and we cant "modify" it.
