In my imported blogpost I'm seeing link which is making my blog look wierd please help with it.. How to turn it off??

It's a custom post filed from e.g. plugin. Please read this article, or this one and use Template Options -> Advanced -> Hidden Custom Post Fields option.

If I will disable the Custome Post Field Option... Is it going to harm my SEO or something?

Hi, This option only hides Custom Post FIeld from plugins which are incorrectly storing data, so there's no effect on SEO etc.
