Username and password are requested by http://project.gavick

Good evening GK Staff
I installed the Quickstart Pack and registered my domain, the theme Simplicity and when I access the Back-end I get the message every time I click on any option of the menu.

"Username and password are requested by http://project.gavick.com. The site says: "GK Staff Only""

I would like to know how to fix it.

I think it's the image that is in the option menu simplicity, the code shown is directed to http://project.gavick.com/

I found the solution in the section Back-end branding, there appears where you change the URL of the image
