Gravatar image don't take ssl

First of all thanks for the support.

I have https error with gravatar image. He is not taken from secure.gravatar.

How can I fix this? Thanks.

Sorry I have put only access for registered person. ALL JOOMLA ARTICLES TAKE no ssl Gravatar image.

It's only a link to an image located on outside page. Edit /layout/default.php and edit line:

         $gravatar_url = "http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/" . md5( strtolower( trim( $author_email ) ) ) . ".jpg?s=86";


Where is that? Into the Gavick template? On Administrator/component. I can't found it.
