How to modify "We turn ideas into our work"

Hello
I would like to modify the flip the layout on component "We turn ideas into our work".
Instead of the image animation from right to left it should go from left to right ant the text alignment should be on the right side instead of left side.
I have included images to illustrate this.
Can anyone please help me ?

Its not easy as there is no such functionality coded into this template. If you are not afraid of editing template core files I can proivde you information on what and where to edit.

I managed to make this look like I wanted without the fly in animation.
I will let that do for now.
