Make scrolling menu / logo fixed

Hi, been looking for a solution to this on the forum and found the following post but it's for a different template and doesn't work for the Simplicity template ... https://www.gavick.com/forums/news2-joo ... -bar-34275

Is there a fix for this please? (Ideally I'd just want the logo not to scroll, but I read another post saying that this was too much to ask!)

Ideally, it should be a selectable option in the template backend config.
