When we scroll down the header menu disappears and appears again when we scroll up!

So actually you don't wand sticky menu. You want it to scroll out with the page?

It is sticky, ut only when you scroll up! When you scroll down it just disappears. Just like in gavick.com!! my demo site is http://upward.gr/index.php

Sorry but I'm having problem what is your point.
Gavick.com doesn't have a sticky menu at all.
Your site has it and it sticks after you scroll below header.

Please describe exactly how should your menu behave.
