Simplicity - Header Image

Hi I am trying to find out how to change the Image in the Header Background ?

This file is part of the template files that are uploaded with it to your server - you need to connect via ftp, download the file to your local computer, modify the file and reupload it back - replacing the old one.

Ps - all below '-- 'sign is something called footer. It is a standard in forums and emails that people use that to provide additional informations that might be helpful but shouldn't be treated as something addressed to responder directly

Excuse my noobness once again , I cannot seem to find that specific file "templates/gk_simplicity/images/header.jpg" I have tried using FTP and also File manager in CPanel . I looked in images - headers but cannot seem to be able to find that particular file .
I have however edited the file in Joomla backend under CSS Template but problem I am having here is on Desktops and PC'S my new image is loaded fine , however in tablets and mobiles the original image appears .
Please assist .
