I´m a new signed customer at Gavick and a really Joomla beginner. I have paid domain that serves me 64 MB PHP and I have Joomla 3.3.4 installed, PHP 5.4.26, MySQLi 5.5.32-cll-lve.
I tried to upload the template "Simplicity" but I could only upload the smallest file "gk_simplicity_J!3.zip"

I got problem for the two other uploads e.g *rest_files.zip and *quickstart.zip which is much larger.

My questions:

1) What is the PHP requirement for using your templates? Does Simplicity demands larger amount
of PHP memory than 64MB? How much memory does it require

2) I don´t understand what I got with only installing "Simplicity standard" (e.g gk_simplicity_J!3.zip").
Do I only have som kind low budget version installed? What do I missing with not using qickstart or*rest_files?

3) When I tried to upload an install *quickstart.zip it gives me the below problem
1242 Subquery returns more than 1 row SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_update_sites_extensions` (`update_site_id`, `extension_id`) VALUES ((SELECT `update_site_id` FROM `jos_update_sites` WHERE `name` = 'Joomla! Update Component Update Site'), (SELECT `extension_id` FROM `jos_extensions` WHERE `name` = 'com_joomlaupdate'));

What is this?

4) When I try to install *rest_files.zip it gives the below problem (which I guess is due to PHP restricion)
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 52765831 bytes) in /storage/content/77/200677/pb-

I would be very thankful if someone could help me out. I guess the quickstart will give me an installation quite close to the Live Demo (except copyright pictures..)

Best Regards Peter

Either rest or quickstart is to be installed via Joomla extensions.
Quickstart is a completly Joomla installation structure that should be unzipped and uploaded to a server, then installation process should be triggered. It is also the easiest solution as it provides a site that looks just like our demo.
With normal Joomla template, you need to upload it via Joomla extension manager, and after that go through template documentation which describes step by step how to do it, but at lease small Joomla knowledge is required to do so.

Hi Cyberek

Thanks very much for you quick reply! I will try the way to unzip the quickstart and configure an FTP to upload the files to
my server and see what happens. I let you know the result when I have tested it.

Thanks!
