menu dropping down into wrong area

I am adding new menu items but when I add a menu item past 3 items, i.e. 4th menu item and more, the ENTIRE menu drops down into the wrong area. I cannot figure out how to keep the menu in the correct area.

I am using simplicity. I will send a Personal Msg with login credentials
